The chemical properties of acesulfame-K

Stability: This product has good stability. It has no decomposition after being placed in bulk conditions for many years. The sweetness of the aqueous solution is not reduced after about two years. Although it is decomposed for several months at 40°C, its stability is good during the temperature increase. Sterilization and pasteurization do not affect its taste.
